“I believe we can change the world one positive human interaction at a time.”
– Dan “Nitro” Clark
This is for anyone who has struggled.
Anyone who has suffered through loss.
Who is struggling with a major life change.
Who is frustrated and stuck.
Anyone who, like me,
has struggled to make changes in their lives.
I was stuck there 5 years ago,
and I lost hope.

Almost everyone calls me Nitro. I guessed I earned it or “deserve” it since I wore spandex on TV for years on the cult hit TV show the American Gladiators.
My life changed on December 18, 2013.
I had a heart attack. My life was a mess. My health shot. Confidence collapsing. Future uncertain. Slipping into depression.
At my low point in the hospital, after the heart attack, I actually said four words that I never thought, I’d say.
“I want to die.”

I used them to go from “wanting to die” to where I am now, living some of the happiest, healthiest, most productive and profound times of my life.
If you’re looking for ways to practice courage and fully show up at work, at home and with the people you love…
If you’re trying to figure out how to move forward after a setback or trial and still hope, still dream, still see the possibilities in front of you…
If you want to transform your life, find balance, deep satisfaction, inner peace and connectedness…
You’ve come to the right place.
I look forward to connecting with you,
Dan “Nitro” Clark
